Company Description Pay rate : $65,000~ DOE Contract Period: 1 year Work location: Savannah, GA (On-site – Warehouse/Distribution Center) Work hour : 4:30pm ~ 1am Korean bilingual Required Job Description We are seeking a WMS System Operator / Warehouse Systems Support professional to support day-to-day warehouse operations by monitoring the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and related operational systems. This position will monitor system activity, identify operational or system issues, perform basic troubleshooting, and escalate more complex technical problems to the appropriate IT, WMS, or engineering teams. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment and communicating with warehouse operations and technical support teams. Key Responsibilities Monitor the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and related warehouse systems throughout daily operations. Monitor order processing, inventory movements, receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and other system-driven warehouse activities. Identify system errors, failed transactions, interface issues, or operational abnormalities. Perform first-level troubleshooting for WMS and warehouse system issues. Investigate reported issues by gathering system information, screenshots, error messages, transaction details, and other relevant data. Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the appropriate WMS, IT, application support, or engineering teams . Communicate system issues and status updates to warehouse supervisors, operators, and internal support teams. Track incidents from initial reporting through resolution and follow up to ensure issues are properly addressed. Assist users with basic WMS functionality and operational system questions. Maintain accurate incident logs, troubleshooting records, and system issue documentation. Support system testing and validation following fixes, updates, or configuration changes. Coordinate with warehouse operations to minimize downtime and operational disruption. Follow established SOPs and escalation procedures for system-related incidents. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in IT, Information Systems, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred. Previous experience working in a warehouse, distribution center, logistics, or manufacturing environment preferred. Experience with a Warehouse Management System (WMS) or other warehouse/logistics systems preferred. Basic understanding of warehouse processes such as receiving, inventory, picking, packing, and shipping . Ability to perform basic system troubleshooting and accurately document technical issues. Comfortable escalating technical issues and working with IT/application support teams. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and follow-up skills. Ability to manage multiple issues and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and other Microsoft Office applications .
