Warehouse Associate
KenMed Supply, LLCJob Overview Start on the floor. Earn your way up. KenMed Surgical refurbishes and sells surgical equipment to surgery centers and hospitals nationwide. Every unit we sell is received, prepped, checked and shipped by our own crew. We're hiring a Warehouse Associate who wants more than a paycheck: someone who wants to be trusted with more, and is willing to earn it. This is not a clock-in, coast, clock-out job. Read the whole posting before you apply. How to apply is at the bottom, and it matters. What you'll do Pack, label, photograph and stage the daily FedEx shipments. Palletize and wrap equipment for freight: surgical tables, anesthesia machines and more. Receive deliveries and check them against the paperwork. Prep refurbished units at the bench: clean, disinfect, install casters, apply labels, prep for paint. Move heavy equipment safely with a pallet jack and walkie stacker (we certify you). Drive the company box truck for local deliveries and pickups. Leave the warehouse clean and organized every day. How you move up First 90 days: get certified on our equipment, run the FedEx block on your own with zero errors, prep a unit to our QC standard without help, and close out the warehouse clean every day. Hit those and you get a $1/hr raise at 90 days. Full-time hours are earned the same way: on performance. After that, the path leads into shipping, refurb, QC and team lead roles. People who outwork the standard move fast here. Who this is for KenMed was built on hard work. We're a 12-person team, and when someone doesn't carry their load, everyone feels it. This job is for people who see the standard as the minimum. You hear it once and it's done, and you come back to show it's done. You notice the label that doesn't match, the count that's off, the floor that isn't clean, and you fix it without being asked. You walk in ready. The schedule is set; you run it. Phones stay in your pocket on the floor. Pace gets noticed. You respect the people and systems in place. Our inventory and listing departments have their own process, and you follow it. Who this isn't for If you want a job where you clock in, coast and clock out, this isn't it. We'd rather tell you now. What you bring A steady work history where you were counted on: warehouse, shipping, moving, trades. Comfort with basic tools (drill, impact driver, socket set). Attention to detail: you match the label to the box and notice when a count is off. Basic phone and computer skills: look up a task, print a label, upload a photo. Able to lift 50 lbs and move heavy equipment on casters. Valid Florida driver's license with a clean record (no CDL needed). Pay and schedule $18–$21 per hour to start, based on experience. $1/hr raise at 90 days when milestones are met. Monday–Friday, 9 am–5 pm, on-site in Casselberry, with some earlier starts and later finishes as the work requires. Starts part-time. Full-time is earned on performance. 14 days paid time off plus paid company holidays once full-time. Background check and driving record check required.
