Overview Join our dynamic warehouse team as a Warehouse Worker and become a vital part of our logistics and distribution operations! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods through accurate inventory management, efficient order fulfillment, and safe handling of shipments. Your proactive approach will help us meet customer demands promptly while maintaining high standards of safety and accuracy. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in warehouse management systems, shipping logistics, and inventory control within a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Receive, unload, and load shipments using equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts (certification preferred), and RF scanners to ensure safe handling of goods. Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with precision, utilizing order picking techniques and inventory management software to maintain accuracy. Operate warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems like AS400, and MRP tools to track stock levels, update records, and facilitate order processing. Conduct regular inventory counts and stock replenishment activities to ensure optimal stock levels and prevent discrepancies. Manage shipping & receiving processes by verifying shipment details, preparing shipping documents, and ensuring compliance with trade regulations and company policies. Maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment by stocking shelves properly, packaging items securely, and adhering to safety protocols during load & unload activities. Provide excellent customer service by accurately processing orders and responding to internal or external inquiries related to shipments or inventory status. Experience Prior experience working in a warehouse environment with familiarity in warehouse operations such as stocking, order picking & packing, and shipping logistics. Proficiency with warehouse management software (including inventory management software), ERP systems (like AS400), and data entry tools such as Microsoft Office. Hands-on experience with warehouse equipment including forklift operation (certification preferred), pallet jacks, RF scanners, and other material handling tools. Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and calculating weights or dimensions accurately. Knowledge of international trade regulations, trade compliance standards, and e-commerce logistics is a plus. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order fulfillment and inventory tracking.
