Warehouse Shipping Clerk

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Process daily domestic and international parcel and freight shipments using various carrier systems and customer portals. Verify shipping information, customer requirements, addresses, and carrier selections to ensure accurate and timely shipment of orders. Generate packing slips, shipping labels, invoices, bills of lading, and other required shipping documentation. Prepare and distribute export and international shipping documents in compliance with applicable regulations and customer requirements. Maintain accurate shipment records and support inventory accuracy through proper transaction processing. Coordinate with Customer Service, Production, and Warehouse personnel to ensure customer orders are shipped complete and on schedule. Communicate with transportation providers to track shipments, resolve delivery issues, and support customer inquiries. Assist with order picking, packing, labeling, and staging of products for shipment as workload demands require. Assist with dock activities, product movement, and material handling operations. Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in accordance with company safety requirements. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company policies and warehouse standards. Support cycle counts, inventory audits, and other warehouse improvement initiatives as assigned. Cross-train and perform other warehouse, logistics, and distribution functions as required to support operational objectives. Follow ISO requirements, company procedures, safety guidelines, and all applicable policies.
