Warehouse Operator Specialist/OP

Key Responsibilities Coordinate daily warehouse operations, including order processing, receiving, put-away, picking, outbound shipments, and inventory management. Track order and shipment progress to ensure timely completion. Enter, update, and verify operational data in company systems. Coordinate receiving, order preparation, shipping, and inventory counts. Help resolve incorrect or missing shipments, inventory discrepancies, cargo issues, and special customer requests. Communicate with relevant departments to keep operations running smoothly. Help improve warehouse procedures and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Qualifications Responsible, dependable, and committed to completing assigned tasks. Proficient in commonly used office software. Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills. Detail-oriented, with the ability to identify and report discrepancies in numbers and order information. Good communication skills in English; Chinese language skills are a plus.
