Warehouse / Operations Team Member

Description We are seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse / Operations team member to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, from receiving and sorting shipments, picking and packing and assembling custom products. This will be a dual role in our company, you will be splitting time between our shipping & receiving department and assembly department. Your attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will contribute significantly to our company's success. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to operate in our warehouse safely. You will be part of a collaborative team, where communication and teamwork are key to achieving daily goals. Responsibilities Receive and unload a variety of incoming goods and materials. Sort and organize products in the warehouse efficiently. Pick and pack orders accurately for shipment. Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and free of hazards. Assembling custom product by hand or with our machinery Requirements High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is a plus. Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and perform physical tasks. Familiarity with warehouse operations and safety procedures. Basic math skills and ability to use inventory management systems. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork.
