Warehouse Manager

Including using ERP system, managing inventory, checking returns, interacting with the team in China, and shipping the items for outbound. Responsibilities Manage overall warehouse distribution operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory management, and materials handling. Lead and supervise warehouse staff, providing clear direction, coaching, and performance feedback to ensure high productivity and team engagement. Oversee the operation of material handling equipment such as forklifts and RF scanners, ensuring safe and efficient usage. Implement process improvements using lean management principles to enhance workflow efficiency and reduce waste. Maintain accurate inventory control through regular cycle counts and inventory management systems to prevent discrepancies. Coordinate logistics activities to ensure timely delivery and shipment of goods in compliance with company standards and OSHA regulations. Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office tools to track data, generate reports, and optimize warehouse operations. Qualifications Proven experience in warehouse management or supervisory roles within distribution centers or similar environments. Strong knowledge of warehouse operations including shipping & receiving, inventory control, materials handling, and logistics. Hands-on experience operating forklift trucks, heavy lifting equipment, RF scanners, and other material handling tools.
