Warehouse/Fulfillment Specialist - Pick & Pack (2 Month Contract) (Part-Time/Days - M,T,W)

truLOCAL is seeking a Fulfillment Specialist to join our day shift team on a temporary contract from November 2, 2026 , through January 13, 2027 . This is a part-time role, with required shifts Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday from 7:30AM - 3:30PM . This role supports daily operations in our fulfillment centre, including picking and packing customer orders, using our inventory management system, and assembling packaging. We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled fridge environment. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The roles and responsibilities of the Fulfillment Specialist include, but are not limited to: Daily Operations Pick and pack all customer orders Build boxes and stage products on skids Assist with receiving, unloading and inspecting incoming materials from various suppliers when needed Coordinate and oversee outgoing shipments with Fulfillment Manager Operate a pump truck truck in the warehouse to load/unload trucks and move inventory Keep warehouse clean and organized, ensuring goods are stocked for the following days deliveries QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: High School Diploma required, College Diploma preferred 1 year related warehouse experience Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods of time Must be willing to pick/pack in fridge/cold temperature-controlled room Basic understanding of MS software, including Outlook, Word & Excel SHIFT & TERMS: Schedule: Monday–Wednesday, 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM, with additional overtime as needed.
