Warehouse Fulfillment

We’re looking for a reliable, hardworking, and self-motivated person to help manage our warehouse and fulfill customer orders. We currently have one part-time employee, and this will be our first full-time position! As a small business, we offer the opportunity to take on more responsibility and grow with the company. We’re looking for someone who is dependable, takes initiative, and takes pride in gettin' things done. Job Responsibilities Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently Receive, organize, and manage inventory Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and running smoothly What We’re Looking For Dependable, hardworking, and self-motivated Able to work efficiently and independently with minimal supervision Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable lifting boxes weighing up to 20 lbs. No previous warehouse experience required Work Environment This is a small warehouse with an independent work environment for most of the year. You’ll work alongside the owner and another employee, but much of your time will be spent working independently. November and December are our busiest months, so you should be prepared for a faster-paced environment during the holiday season. The rest of the year is generally slower and more manageable. Often, you will be alone in the warehouse fulfilling orders and managing inventory. Since you’ll be working on your own to fulfill orders and receive inventory, we’re looking for someone who takes initiative, stays productive without constant supervision, and can be trusted to get the job done.
