Warehouse Coordinator / Dispatcher About Redesign Draft Redesign Draft is a growing beverage system company specializing in the design, installation, maintenance, and service of draft beer and beverage systems. We work with restaurants, bars, stadiums, and other commercial customers to keep their beverage systems operating reliably. We're looking for a dependable, organized, and proactive Warehouse Coordinator / Dispatcher to join our team. This position plays an important role in keeping our warehouse organized, our technicians equipped for their jobs, and our daily service operations running smoothly. Resonsibilities Oversee day-to-day warehouse organization, cleanliness, and inventory management. Receive, organize, label, and track incoming equipment, materials, and supplies. Coordinate the preparation and staging of equipment and materials for service calls and installation projects. Work with technicians and management to ensure the right equipment and materials are ready for scheduled jobs. Track inventory levels and communicate when supplies need to be reordered. Maintain accurate inventory records and help identify missing, damaged, or misplaced equipment. Coordinate equipment returns and help keep warehouse operations efficient. Answer and respond to service line and service requests Schedule all service requests Dispatching & Service Coordination Schedule and dispatch technicians for daily service calls, maintenance visits, and other fieldwork. Communicate with technicians regarding job assignments, schedules, priorities, and changes throughout the day. Coordinate service appointments with customers and communicate scheduling updates as needed. Monitor the daily schedule and help resolve conflicts, delays, and last-minute service needs. Communicate with management regarding scheduling issues, urgent requests, and operational needs. Maintain accurate job information, notes, and records in the company's scheduling and service software. General Operations & Team Support Help ensure technicians have the information, equipment, and materials needed to complete their jobs. Maintain clear communication between the warehouse, field technicians, management, and customers. Identify operational issues and take initiative to resolve them or bring them to management's attention. Assist with administrative and operational tasks that support the team and overall business. What We're Looking For: Required / Preferred Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of warehouse experience preferred. Previous dispatching or service scheduling experience strongly preferred. Experience coordinating field service technicians, deliveries, or installation crews is a plus. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and adapt when schedules change. Comfortable using computers, email, spreadsheets, and scheduling or inventory software. Ability to work independently while communicating effectively with a team. Reliable, punctual, accountable, and willing to take initiative. A practical, problem-solving mindset and a strong work ethic. Experience in HVAC, plumbing, refrigeration, construction, beverage systems, or another field service business is a plus, but not required. Schedule & Compensation Position: Full-time, hourly (non-salaried). Pay Range: $22–$28 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM, with a one-hour lunch break.
