Warehouse Clerk - 2nd shift

Job Summary : Warehouse Clerk to support daily warehouse operations, inventory control, shipping, and receiving activities. The ideal candidate will help ensure accurate inventory records, timely order processing, and efficient warehouse organization while maintaining a safe and productive work environment. Key Responsibilities: · Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments and materials · Prepare, pack, and ship outgoing orders accurately and on schedule · Maintain inventory records and conduct regular cycle counts · Coordinate stock movement and organize warehouse storage areas · Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified) · Process shipping documents, invoices, and delivery paperwork · Communicate with vendors, carriers, and internal departments regarding shipments and inventory · Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or discrepancies · Ensure compliance with safety procedures and warehouse standards · Keep warehouse clean, organized, and efficient Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory experience preferred Strong organizational and multitasking skills Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems Ability to lift to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Attention to detail and accuracy in recordkeeping Good communication and teamwork skills Forklift certification is a plus Work Environment: Fast-paced warehouse setting May require overtime, weekends, or flexible scheduling during peak periods Exposure to varying warehouse temperatures and physical activity Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Health savings account Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location: In person
