GTB is comprised of two principal business verticals: Treasury Solutions (Corporate Cash Management and Correspondent Banking) and Trade and Working Capital (Core Trade Finance and Structured Trade & Export Finance) which are underpinned by dedicated support functions, including GTB Risk & Control, Product Management, Transformation, and Innovation, Data & Analytics and Business Risk & Control. The Vice President in Structuring & Execution team plays a critical role within the Trade & Working Capital business vertical, leading the evaluation, structuring, approval, execution, and ongoing management of complex Trade Finance (standby letters of credit / guarantees, import letters of credit, export letters of credit, or documentary collections), Working Capital (accounts payable, accounts receivable) and Export Agency Finance transactions. This individual will serve as a trusted advisor to internal and external stakeholders, providing independent judgment, transaction leadership, and strategic guidance throughout the transaction lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Transaction Structuring, Credit Analysis & Risk Management Lead the structuring and evaluation of complex Trade Finance, Working Capital, Supply Chain Finance, and Export & Agency Finance transactions. Assess transaction structures, counterparty risk, legal frameworks, capital implications, and portfolio impacts. Prepare and present high-quality credit recommendations, transaction summaries, and approval materials to senior credit adjudication and governance committees. Analyze financial, operational, legal, and industry information to identify risks, opportunities, and structural considerations. Recommend appropriate transaction structures, exposure levels, risk ratings, covenant packages, reporting requirements, and risk mitigation strategies. Lead due diligence activities, including client meetings, management discussions, industry reviews, and regulatory assessments.
