We are looking for a highly motivated experienced Truck Dispatcher with great attitude and excellent communication skills, who know how to get the best load for the driver, know how to plan the week, know how to operate with DOT ELD regulations. Responsibilities will include: Responsible for the coordination, scheduling, dispatching and planning of customer freight shipments Act as the main point of contact for all driver facing communication via phone, samsara, elog and E-mail Develop a strong relationship with Independent Contractors within assigned fleet Offer exceptional support to drivers to ensure that their professional needs are being met Monitor shipments throughout transit in order to effectively meet delivery schedules Respond to customers efficiently, thoroughly, and professionally Manage customer and driver expectations to align with operational capabilities Maintain and establish new strong relationship with customers and drivers Monitor performance and available hours of Fleet Drivers Work cooperatively with customer service/sales to provide solutions for customers’ needs and resolve issues Other duties as assigned Additional Skill/Preferences: Bilingual (Russian/English) PCS Software experience DAT load board experience Understanding DOT/SAFER regulations HOS / Logbook regulations Flexibility Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $17.00 - $30.00 per hour Benefits: Dental insurance Flexible schedule Health insurance Paid time off Work Location: In person
