Overview We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Truck Wash Manager to lead our commercial vehicle cleaning operations. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate all aspects of the wash including training, scheduling, customer service, & washing vehicles. Lead, motivate, and manage a team of staff, providing guidance on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and customer service excellence. Develop work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor staff performance to optimize productivity and maintain a positive work environment. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, sanitation protocols, and environmental standards during daily operations. Oversee the use of cleaning equipment and supplies, maintaining inventory levels and ensuring proper maintenance for optimal performance. Implement effective cleaning & sanitation management practices to uphold hygiene standards across the facility. Communicate effectively with clients regarding service expectations, scheduling needs, and feedback to enhance customer satisfaction. Qualifications Experience in detailing, customer service, management, and working with large-scale or fleet-related relationships. Demonstrated supervisory experience with team management responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Strong knowledge of safety regulations related to industrial cleaning and sanitation procedures. Excellent managerial communication skills to lead staff effectively and liaise with clients confidently. Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
