Generous Vacation and Sick time. *Salary: $23～$25（DOE） <Job Overview> Coordinate activities daily. Leads staff (Driver, HHG Helper, etc.) on the appropriate Household Goods moving team. This position is predominantly physical work with the moving of household good for our customers, it will require being in all weather elements, lifting, overtime in peak season and occasional weekends or overnights, Duties will also include some office work on the computer, phone and face to face estimates with customer and warehouse work. <Job Duties> •Lead and coordinate with a moving team preparation and movement of customer household goods •Customer relations/Estimates •General Business support including Japanese/English translation •Management of moving team to ensure packing, removing, and loading of the customer’s belongings •Ensure unloading, placing in proper location and unpacking of the customer’s belongings •Maintain a good working relationship with customers on site basis •Establish and maintain a professional working relationship with drivers •Make sure all documentation relating to the shipment has been properly filled out. •Some Leadership duties <Requirements> •High school diploma or equivalency certificate or significant or relevant or appropriate working experience. •Able to read, write and speak in English and Japanese (professional) REQUIRED •Good driving history •Knowledge of material handling, warehouse operations and transportation systems •Basic Knowledge of OSHA safety rules •Basic Knowledge of inventory control procedure •Basic Knowledge of distribution center operations •Basic Knowledge of domestic and international transportation regulations •Physical Requirements: oMust be able to perform driving and physical moving necessary for the position. oAvailable and capable of overnight travel oAvailable to work overtime as needed oAvailable to work in all weather conditions oAble to lift 50 lbs. oUsage of forklift and hand dolly Job Type: Full-time Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Parental leave Vision insurance Language: Japanese fluently (Required) Work Location: In person
