Truck Driver Recruiter
GFS Group LLCJob Summary We are hiring a Truck Driver Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting for OTR truck drivers. You'll own sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding to keep our driver pipeline full and moving fast. Responsibilities Source truck drivers through job boards, social media, and cold outreach Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing → screening → interviewing → offer → onboarding Run high-volume recruitment campaigns using lead generation and cold calling Track candidates and maintain records in an ATS Build relationships with staffing agencies and industry contacts to keep a steady candidate pipeline Ensure recruiting practices comply with employment law Support employer branding through recruitment-focused social media content Qualifications Proven full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment Strong negotiation and candidate management skills Familiarity with HRIS/ATS platforms Working knowledge of employment law as it applies to hiring High-volume recruiting experience; trucking/driver recruiting preferred Join us as a Truck Driver Recruiter and be part of a vibrant team dedicated to connecting talented drivers with rewarding career opportunities!
