In this position, you will work directly with clients to understand travel preferences, schedules, and budgets. You will research destinations, accommodations, transportation options, and activities to help develop structured travel itineraries. Responsibilities include assisting with itinerary preparation, coordinating reservations, confirming booking details, and maintaining organized records.
You will also assist clients with itinerary updates, confirmations, and travel documentation before, during, and after travel when needed. This role emphasizes organization, reliability, and high-quality client service while supporting travelers throughout the planning process.
