The hiring range for this opportunity is $150,000 to $165,000 annual salary along with incentive opportunities, creating a competitive total compensation package based on our pay scale, and may be modified by location and is commensurate with qualifications and experience.
POSITION SUMMARY
The Technology Infrastructure & Operations Manager is responsible for leading and integrating enterprise infrastructure services and end-user support operations across the organization. This role provides strategic and operational leadership over Server Infrastructure and Service Desk teams.
This leader ensures the reliability, security, scalability, and performance of the organization’s technology environment while delivering a high-quality end-user experience. The role requires a hands-on leader who can balance operational execution, team development, risk management, and continuous improvement in a regulated, service-oriented environment.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND OTHER SKILLS REQUIRED
Windows Server environments
Virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware or HyperâV)
Active Directory / Entra ID
Cloud platform experience (AWS or Azure)
Backup and disaster recovery systems
Enterprise endpoint management
Managing Service Desk operations and service delivery metrics
Strong knowledge of cybersecurity fundamentals and regulatory compliance environments.
Proven ability to manage competing priorities and operational risk.
Experience in financial services or other regulated industries.
Experience leading infrastructure modernization initiatives.
