In this role, you will communicate with clients to understand travel preferences, schedules, and budget considerations. You will research destinations, accommodations, transportation options, and activities to help develop personalized travel itineraries. Responsibilities include coordinating reservations, confirming booking details, preparing travel documentation, and maintaining organized records.

You will also assist clients with itinerary adjustments, confirmations, and travel documentation needs before, during, and after travel. This role focuses on providing dependable service and ensuring travel plans are managed with accuracy and care.
