Designed as a key launchpad for career advancement, this role allows you to manage district recruitment efforts, coordinate district-wide training programs, and facilitate impactful on-boarding and orientation experiences for new hires. You will also play an essential role in maintaining accurate employee records and supporting the administration of our drug and alcohol testing program. Minimum Qualifications **Preference may be given to Candidates with these qualifications** TRAINING/EDUCATION Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited college or university. Substitution: Experience in human resources, payroll, bookkeeping, or accounting may be substituted for the required training/education through an established formula. EXPERIENCE No experience is required for this position. ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENT Travel may be required; therefore a valid driver’s license is required. Promotional Only: Two (2) years of full-time or equivalent part-time paid experience as a Human Resources Specialist Associate.
