Order Fulfillment Associate

Job Summary As an Order Fulfillment Associate, you’ll keep warehouse orders moving accurately and safely from inventory to shipment. You’ll use warehouse equipment and scanning tools to pick, pack, and prepare products while supporting organized warehouse operations. Your impact: Accurate order fulfillment helps customers receive the right products and helps warehouse teams maintain reliable inventory. Responsibilities Pick orders using an order picker, reach truck, cherry picker, forklift, or pallet jack as authorized. Scan barcodes with an RF (radio frequency) scanner and use a warehouse management system to confirm picks, update inventory, and track orders. Pack and label products, perform quality checks, and prepare shipments for dispatch. Load and unload deliveries, receive and stock materials, and support shipping and receiving. Follow safety protocols, use personal protective equipment (PPE), and apply safe manual handling practices when lifting or moving materials. Experience Warehouse experience in order fulfillment, warehouse distribution, or warehouse operations is helpful; warehouse supervisor experience is preferred, not required. Familiarity with inventory management, inventory management systems, and warehouse management processes is an asset. Experience with picking and packing, packaging, order picking, stocking, and barcode scanning for logistics is preferred. Ability to perform basic math, handle heavy lifting, and operate material handling equipment; experience operating heavy equipment is an advantage.
