Supply Chain Coordinator

Do you enjoy keeping orders, inventory and deliveries organized while making sure the right information reaches the right team? We’re looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator in Maplewood, MO, to assist with purchasing, inventory tracking, shipment coordination and day-to-day material planning. The Supply Chain Coordinator will work with suppliers, warehouse personnel, purchasing teams and other internal departments to keep materials moving according to schedule. You’ll monitor open orders, check delivery updates, maintain accurate records and step in when shortages, delays or discrepancies need attention. Role Details Full-time position in St. Louis, MO On-site work environment Monday-Friday schedule Regular daytime working hours Occasional additional hours may be required based on business needs Compensation based on experience and qualifications Benefits available according to company policy Responsibilities You'll Handle Monitor purchase orders and follow up on outstanding deliveries Coordinate with suppliers regarding availability, quantities and delivery schedules Arrange incoming and outgoing shipments with carriers and warehouse teams Maintain accurate inventory and order records in company systems Review receiving information and investigate quantity or documentation differences Track material shortages, delayed shipments and other supply concerns Assist with inventory counts, stock checks and record reconciliation Prepare purchase orders, shipping records and related documentation Keep purchasing and operations teams updated on order and material status Coordinate the movement of materials between suppliers, storage areas and operating teams Maintain supplier, shipment and inventory information for future reference Prepare regular updates on orders, inventory and delivery activity Assist with resolving supply issues that could affect operational schedules Support improvements to routine purchasing, inventory and logistics processes Required Qualifications & Skills 1-3 years of experience in supply chain, purchasing, inventory, logistics or a related field Familiarity with purchasing and inventory control procedures Strong attention to detail when handling orders, quantities and delivery information Good communication and follow-up skills Comfortable working with suppliers, carriers and internal departments Experience with ERP, MRP or inventory management systems Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and standard office applications Ability to manage multiple assignments and changing priorities Associate or bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business or a related field preferred Apply Today If you have experience coordinating orders, inventory or shipments and enjoy keeping supply chain activities organized, apply for the Supply Chain Coordinator position in St. Louis, MO.
