Then you already have most of what this role needs. The recruiting side we'll teach you ourselves. About the Company A family-owned heavy-haul trucking company based just outside Chicago. The fleet is around 50 trucks running flatbed, step-deck, and RGN loads across the lower 48 and Alaska. The company is expanding, and we need someone to help bring great CDL drivers on board. Your Day-to-Day Call, text, and meet with truck driver applicants in English and Spanish Run first-round screening on each applicant: driving experience, CDL status, and overall fit Pass qualified applicants to the hiring team for the next steps Track every applicant and follow up on time, every time Stay in touch with drivers so they show up for interviews, orientation, and their first day Learn CDL rules and driver qualification standards through hands-on training Who Does Well Here You're fully bilingual in English and Spanish, spoken and written (required) You've worked in sales, a call center, customer service, or another high-contact role with targets Talking to dozens of people a day energizes you instead of draining you You can build trust quickly and move people toward a decision You stay organized and don't need reminders to follow up No recruiting, trucking, or college degree required What You Get Paid, structured training from day one Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, no weekends Room to grow into a full Recruiter role as the company scales Dental insurance, paid time off, parental leave, flexible schedule Work Location: In person, Elk Grove Village, IL If you've ever turned a "maybe" into a "yes," we want to hear from you.
