Sourcing Specialist Lead

Tuesday-Thursday: Onsite, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM; Monday & Friday: Remote (WFH) Sourcing Specialist Lead - Buying/Procurement Key Responsibilities Create, issue, and manage purchase orders (POs). Build and maintain supplier relationships to ensure timely PO execution. Resolve supplier issues, schedule changes, and delivery concerns. Update and maintain ERP system information. Support process improvements and procurement initiatives. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and contribute to project success. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited university, or high school diploma/GED with 4+ years of sourcing experience. 5+ years of procurement or sourcing experience. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong negotiation, contract management, and supplier relationship skills. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities . Leadership mindset with a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
