SEP TruckingOTR Hotshot Driver – 40 Ft Gooseneck Trailer We are currently hiring a reliable and experienced OTR Hotshot Driver to operate a pickup truck with a 40-ft gooseneck trailer. This is a full-time over-the-road position hauling freight throughout the United States. Pay & Position 22% of truck gross revenue Full-time OTR position Company truck and trailer provided Company covers fuel, insurance, maintenance, and operating expenses Consistent freight and dispatch provided Requirements Must be at least 25 years old Class A or Class B CDL preferred Minimum 1 year of verifiable commercial driving experience Clean MVR required Valid DOT Medical Card Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screening OTR, hotshot, or flatbed experience preferred Load securement experience is a plus Must be willing and able to stay out OTR Must be dependable and maintain consistent communication with dispatch Responsibilities Safely operate company truck and 40-ft gooseneck trailer Pick up and deliver freight safely and on time Properly secure freight using straps, chains, binders, and tarps when required Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections Maintain ELD and DOT compliance Maintain BOLs, PODs, and other load documentation Communicate pickup, transit, and delivery updates with dispatch Keep company equipment clean and properly maintained Immediately report any mechanical or safety concerns We are looking for a professional driver who takes pride in their work and treats company equipment with care. Pay: $1,100.00 - $1,600.00 per week Work Location: On the road
