Harvest Drug & Gift is a locally owned pharmacy and gift shop on Kell Blvd, and our boutique is where Wichita Falls has came for gifts, seasonal décor, home goods, clothing, and shoes for over 44 years. Now we’re ready for a refresh. We want to take our gift side from classic to current, with fresh brands, an elevated look, and a shopping experience that draws in a whole new generation of customers while still delighting the loyal ones who’ve shopped with us for years. That’s where you come in. We’re looking for a buyer with great taste, a good head for numbers, and a vision for what an updated boutique should feel like. You’ll have real say in what we carry and how it looks! What You’ll Get to Do Lead our boutique refresh: hand-pick stylish, elevated gifts, home décor, apparel, shoes, and seasonal pieces that give Harvest a fresh new feel Scout new and emerging brands that will bring new shoppers through our doors Attend market, discover new lines, and build great relationships with vendors and reps Plan the fun stuff around the retail calendar, from holiday collections to in-store events Partner with our Store Manager to set and manage the gift-side budget Keep an eye on what’s selling, reorder the winners, and mark down what isn’t working Coordinate with our receiving team so new arrivals are priced, tagged, and floor-ready Style displays, windows, and tablescapes that make people stop and say “Oh, I need that” Bring our events and promotions to life with creative merchandising Photograph new arrivals and help get them on our website Chat with customers and help out on the floor when it’s busy You’ll Love This Role If You… Have 2+ years of experience in retail buying, merchandising, or a boutique (preferred) Have an eye for style, color, and a beautifully styled shelf Always know what’s new and exciting in gifts, clothing, and home Know your way around a budget, margins, and a sell-through report Love juggling vendors, deadlines, and seasons without dropping the ball Enjoy building relationships, whether with customers, coworkers, or vendor reps Are comfortable with email, spreadsheets, and POS systems; Shopify experience is a bonus Can lift up to 40 lbs, climb a ladder, and stay on your feet Are up for occasional market trips Have flexibility for some evenings and Saturdays during busy seasons and events Why You’ll Love Harvest Getting to put your creative stamp on a beloved local shop Real relationships with customers who know you by name, come back to see what’s new, and trust you to help them find the perfect gift A small, close-knit team where your ideas actually get used, not buried in a corporate approval chain Pay: $15.00 - $24.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week Benefits: 401(k) matching Employee discount Flexible schedule Health insurance Paid time off Retirement plan Work Location: In person
