ShopWarehouse Assistant $19.00–$25.00 per hour, depending on experience 32 Hours Weekly | Spokane, WA Monday – Thursday | 6 AM – 2:30 PM Join the Legacy HeatingCooling Team! We are looking for a dependable, hardworking, and motivated ShopWarehouse Assistant to support our fabrication shop, warehouse operations, and field crews. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who enjoys staying busy, working with their hands, and taking on a variety of tasks throughout the day. You'll work alongside our shop fabricator and warehouse/purchasing team, assisting with material preparation, inventory, deliveries, and general shop operations. We're looking for a team player with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn. Stable, year-round employment with an established and growing company Opportunities to learn new skills in HVAC fabrication, warehouse operations, and material handling Supportive, team-oriented work environment Variety in daily responsibilities Opportunities for professional growth and advancement Benefits Package 75% company-paid medical insurance 75% company-paid dental and vision coverage Company-paid life insurance 401(k) with up to 4% company match 6 paid holidays Paid time off beginning in your first year Key Responsibilities Assist the shop fabricator with material preparation, basic fabrication tasks, and general shop duties Support warehouse operations, including receiving, organizing, stocking, and staging materials and equipment Pick up parts and supplies from vendors and deliver materials, tools, and equipment to job sites Assist with loading and unloading deliveries, inventory management, and material handling Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop, warehouse, and yard Provide additional support to the shop, warehouse/purchasing team, and field crews as needed Required Qualifications Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record (required) Forklift experience preferred Ability to safely lift and move materials and equipment Comfortable using basic hand and power tools Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail Good organizational skills and ability to multitask Willingness to learn and assist wherever needed Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic computer skills are a plus Previous warehouse, construction, fabrication, or HVAC experience preferred but not required
