Shipping & Logistics Coordinator Diversified Printing Techniques — Charlotte, NC $20.00 - $24.00 an hour · Full-time About the role Diversified Printing Techniques manufactures and ships industrial pad-printing equipment, etched printing plates, ink, and related consumables to manufacturers nationwide. We're looking for a Shipping & Logistics Coordinator to run our shipping and receiving operation day to day — packing and routing the steady flow of small-parcel orders that go out via UPS/FedEx, coordinating freight and crating for the larger equipment we ship a few times a month, and receiving and logging all inbound materials. What you'll do Pull, pack, and label daily parcel orders (plates, ink, consumables, spare parts) for UPS/FedEx shipment Coordinate freight and LTL shipments for capital equipment — get freight quotes, schedule pickups, prepare bills of lading, and build or oversee crating for heavy/oversized machinery Receive inbound shipments: unload, unpack, and inspect for damage, shortages, or overages against packing slips and POs Match receipts to purchase orders and log them accurately in our ERP system Resolve receiving discrepancies with vendors, carriers, and freight brokers, and file freight claims when needed Put away and stock received materials; keep the shipping/receiving area organized and safe Maintain inventory accuracy through scheduled cycle counts Ship hazardous materials (inks) with correct packaging and documentation, or willingness to be trained Work with the shop manager and production team to prioritize orders and meet deadlines What we're looking for Prior shipping/receiving or warehouse experience preferred; freight/LTL coordination experience a strong plus Able to lift 50-70 lbs. from the floor regularly, and safely team-lift heavier crated items Certified or trainable to operate a forklift Comfortable with general computer use and shipping software (UPS/FedEx) and an ERP system Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under deadline pressure Willing to work extra hours during peak volume Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $20.00 per hour Benefits: Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Retirement plan Vision insurance Education: Associate (Preferred) Experience: shipping: 2 years (Required) Language: English (Required) Ability to Commute: Charlotte, NC 28273 (Required) Work Location: In person
