Shipping Clerk - Domestic & International

WGI MRO Services is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Shipping Clerk to manage domestic and international shipments in our fast-paced aerospace MRO operation. We’re looking for someone with hands-on international shipping experience , along with domestic shipping experience. What You’ll Do Process domestic and international shipments using FedEx, DHL, UPS, and freight carriers. Prepare and verify commercial invoices, packing lists, air waybills, bills of lading, and other required shipping documentation. Coordinate with customers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and carriers to ensure timely delivery. Package and protect aerospace components in accordance with customer and company requirements. Verify part numbers, serial numbers, quantities, and required Quality release documentation before shipment. Track shipments, resolve delivery issues, and support expedited and time-critical orders. Collaborate with Customer Service, Quality, Production, and Operations to meet customer commitments. Maintain accurate shipping records, organized work areas, and adequate shipping supplies. What You’ll Bring 3+ years of shipping experience , preferably in aerospace, manufacturing, aviation, or a regulated industry. Hands-on experience processing international shipments through both FedEx and DHL . Domestic shipping experience with UPS and FedEx; LTL freight experience preferred. Knowledge of international shipping documentation, commercial invoices, and customs requirements. Strong computer skills, attention to detail, organizational skills, and follow-through. Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and collaborate across departments. Preferred: Aerospace or FAA Part 145 repair station experience, ERP/MRP systems, freight forwarder coordination, and AOG or time-critical shipments. More Than a Job — Become Part of the WGI Family!
