Shipping Clerk

Job Overview We are seeking a Shipping Clerk to support accurate, timely movement of goods through warehouse operations. You will coordinate shipping and receiving, maintain inventory records, and help ensure orders are picked, packed, and prepared for dispatch. This role suits a detail-oriented team member who communicates clearly and works safely in a fast-paced warehouse distribution environment. Your impact: Accurate order processing helps customers receive the correct items and enables warehouse teams to keep shipments moving. After 45-days of part-time training, the position transitions into full-time hours. Duties Process shipping and receiving paperwork, perform data entry, and update records in a warehouse management system, inventory management software, or enterprise resource planning (ERP) system. Pick, pack, package, and stock orders; support order fulfillment, order picking, and shipping logistics. Load and unload shipments using equipment such as a pallet jack, order picker, or forklift, when trained and authorized. Check inventory, reconcile discrepancies, and coordinate with warehouse operations and logistics teams. Provide professional customer service and follow applicable trade compliance requirements and international trade regulations for relevant shipments. Qualifications Warehouse experience, including shipping and receiving, inventory management, or warehouse distribution, is preferred. Basic math, accurate data entry, organization, and attention to detail. Familiarity with Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems; experience with inventory management software, ERP systems, material requirements planning (MRP), or AS400 is an asset. Ability to perform picking and packing and load and unload tasks safely; forklift, order picker, and pallet jack experience is beneficial. Clear communication skills and a dependable, customer-focused approach. Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour Expected hours: 24.0 per week Work Location: In person
