Dwan Elevator is looking for a Service Dispatch & Scheduling Lead to help coordinate our field mechanics, maximize service productivity, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. What You'll Do Own the Daily Schedule Build, monitor, and adjust daily schedules for our field service mechanics. Optimize routes and appointments to minimize travel time and maximize productivity. Quickly respond to cancellations, delays, emergencies, and changing service priorities. Maintain accurate scheduling information in Housecall Pro. Solve Problems and Improve Efficiency Identify scheduling conflicts, logistical challenges, and opportunities to improve field productivity. Analyze service locations, mechanic availability, and customer needs to determine efficient scheduling solutions. Anticipate potential problems and make timely adjustments to keep operations moving. Recommend process improvements that increase efficiency and service quality. Keep Everyone Informed Communicate clearly and professionally with mechanics, customers, sales, parts, and management. Provide mechanics with accurate scheduling information, updates, and directions. Respond to customer inquiries and coordinate appropriate follow-up. Escalate service issues or serious incidents to management when necessary. Maintain Accuracy and Accountability Document customer requests, service changes, cancellations, and scheduling updates. Ensure information entered into Housecall Pro is complete, accurate, and current. Follow established scheduling procedures while adapting quickly to changing circumstances. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability. Clear, professional written and verbal communication. Comfortable using scheduling software and learning new technology. Ability to work effectively under pressure and respond to changing priorities. Experience in dispatching, field service scheduling, logistics, or service operations is preferred.
