Job Description As a Security Officer Security Clearance Dispatch Analyst in King Of Prussia, PA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As a Dispatch Officer supporting an aerospace and defense location, you will monitor alarm activity, coordinate responses to security-related incidents, communicate with personnel and emergency services, and maintain accurate records. Access Control/Badge Experience (B201) Candidates should have prior experience with access control systems and badge management. This includes familiarity with issuing, tracking, and managing employee access badges. Alarm Panel Experience (B202) Candidates must demonstrate experience with alarm panel systems. This includes knowledge of alarm activation, deactivation, and troubleshooting procedures. Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet (B204) Candidates should be proficient in using computers or tablets for daily tasks. This includes familiarity with basic software applications, email communication, and data entry. CPR Certification (B205) Candidates must possess a valid CPR certification. This certification should be current and recognized by a reputable organization. Customer Service Experience (B219) Candidates should have a background in customer service. This includes experience in handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service. What You'll Do: Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and vendors by following site-specific security-related procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location. Receive, prioritize, and dispatch calls for service, alarms, maintenance concerns, and security-related incidents to appropriate personnel and responders. Monitor communication systems, maintain detailed dispatch logs, and relay timely information during routine operations and critical situations. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to established procedures. Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter as assigned, documenting observations and reporting unusual conditions. Minimum Requirements: Possess an active DoD Top Secret clearance. Customer service experience is preferred. Alarm panel experience is preferred. CPR certification is preferred. Be comfortable using a computer or tablet. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
