Job Description As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Badge Inventory in Charlotte, NC , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a financial institution location. You will conduct routine patrols, monitor access points and alarm activity, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $22.00 / Hour Job Schedule: Day Time Wed 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM Thur 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM Fri 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM Sat 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM Sun 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees while carrying out site-specific procedures, financial institution policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns. Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorization in accordance with site procedures, and report unusual conditions or access concerns to the appropriate personnel. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures. Prepare clear and accurate activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements. Minimum Requirements: At least two years of security-related experience is required. Experience with access control and badge systems is preferred. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. Experience with alarm panels is preferred. Be at least 21 years of age Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
