Sales, Shipping & Customer Support Coordinator

Preferred Lightning Protection is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Sales, Shipping & Customer Support Coordinator to support our sales, customer service, and shipping operations. This position plays a critical role in ensuring customer orders are processed accurately, shipments are coordinated efficiently, and customers receive exceptional service throughout the order process. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Enter and maintain customer quotes, sales orders, and project records Keep customer and sales information organized and up to date Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email Maintain accurate documentation and records Process customer orders and prepare shipments accurately Create shipping labels and coordinate carrier pickups Monitor shipments and provide tracking information to customers Follow up on delayed, lost, or damaged shipments Assist with delivery disputes and package claims Maintain accurate shipping and order records Provide excellent customer support throughout the order fulfillment process QualificationsRequired High school diploma or equivalent Proficiency with Microsoft Office Strong organizational and time-management skills Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Experience in customer service, sales support, order processing, or logistics Experience in the construction industry Experience with QuickBooks Experience coordinating shipments and working with carriers Physical Requirements Ability to lift and move packages as needed Ability to work in both office and operational environments Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Paid Time Off Health Insurance Pay: From $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Benefits: Health insurance Health savings account Paid time off Work Location: In person
