Description
Strait Link is strengthening its Sales Operations capability to support a growing customer base and increasingly complex commercial environment. We’re seeking a Sales Operations Coordinator to own key sales processes, commercial coordination, and customer experience programs.
This role blends structure, coordination and customer focus — ensuring our Sales team operates efficiently while our customers experience Strait Link at its best.
About the role
Reporting to the Head of Sales Operations, the Sales Operations Coordinator is responsible for two critical pillars:
· Commercial process and sales effectiveness
· Customer experience, onboarding and engagement
You’ll be the connective tissue across Sales, Operations, Finance and Commercial — keeping proposals, contracts, tenders and customer programmes running smoothly.
Key responsibilities
Commercial process & sales effectiveness
· Own and maintain proposal templates, quality checks and approval workflows
· Coordinate tender responses end-to-end across Sales, Operations and Commercial
· Ensure Delegation of Authority (DOA) compliance before proposals are issued
· Manage contract filing and post-signature checks
· Maintain sales tools, templates, pricing knowledge and customer-ready materials
· Coordinate Sales team communications, meeting agendas and action tracking
· Capture and report dispute root causes from the order-to-cash process
· Act as a key liaison across Sales, Operations and Finance
Customer experience & onboarding
· Own NPS, CSAT and CES measurement programs
· Design and manage Voice of Customer campaigns end-to-end
· Track and report customer experience trends and risks
· Manage customer onboarding materials and system access
· Coordinate customer communications including service notices and updates
· Support customer events in partnership with the Comms team
Skills And Experiences
About you
You’re organised, process-driven and naturally collaborative. You enjoy bringing structure to complexity, balancing internal coordination with a strong focus on customer experience.
You’ll bring
· 3+ years’ experience in sales support, operations coordination or CX roles
· Experience managing proposals, tenders or contract administration
· Exposure to NPS, CSAT or VOC programs (advantageous)
· Strong Microsoft Office capability (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
· Experience with CRM systems — D365 preferred
· Confident written communication skills
· Ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams
