ABOUT US We are a vertically integrated California cannabis company. We cultivate, manufacture solventless concentrates in our own lab, and distribute across the state. In addition to our own brands, we produce white-label products and custom orders for partner brands. ABOUT THE ROLE We are hiring a Sales Operations and Customer Success Manager to manage our accounts across white label, custom orders, wholesale, and retail—and to run the order entry, invoicing, and collections behind them. Our standard is simple: Every buyer gets a response within minutes, every commitment has a date, and nothing gets dropped. You do not need to bring a book of business. Knowing the space and caring about great customer service matter more to us than a contact list. WHAT YOU'LL OWN Account Management and Customer Success Day-to-day lead: Manage a book of accounts day to day. Be the first call when a buyer needs something. Proactive follow-up: Keep every account on a set contact schedule. Follow up on every quote, sample, and request without being reminded. Account growth: Know each buyer's business model (white label, custom orders, wholesale, retail) to grow reorders and identify new opportunities. Client visits: Visit accounts in person on a regular schedule, and host buyers at our lab to show them our products and process. Product expert: Act as the product expert for buyers, retail staff, and internal sales reps. Issue prevention: Spot at-risk accounts early and fix problems before the buyer has to raise them. New Accounts and Referral Partners Onboarding: Take new buyer introductions from first meeting to first completed order. Setup: Present menus, samples, and pricing, and set up each new account in the CRM from day one. Partner relations: Keep referral partners informed and involved in accounts they bring in, tracking revenue so commissions are paid correctly. Sales Operations and Finance Order processing: Take and enter orders, confirming pricing and availability against current inventory sheets. Fulfillment coordination: Coordinate with the lab and distribution teams so orders ship accurately and on time. Delivery follow-up: Confirm with buyers after delivery that their order arrived correctly. Invoicing & Collections: Send invoices, track due dates, and collect payments before balances age. Enforce credit terms and flag problem accounts early. Account support: Support senior account leads with order entry, invoicing, and delivery scheduling. Records and Reporting System logging: Log every conversation, order, and next step in the CRM the same day. Weekly reporting: Deliver a weekly account report covering orders, Accounts Receivable (AR), at-risk accounts, and growth opportunities. Brand protection: Protect the brand through accurate pricing, honest promises, and professional conduct. WHO YOU ARE Relentless about follow-up: You answer within minutes, close every loop, and nobody has to remind you twice. Dependable: You show up, do what you promised, and have stayed at past jobs long enough to prove reliability. Experienced: 3+ years in California cannabis (cultivation, manufacturing, distribution, or brand-side roles such as account coordinator, field rep, or purchasing manager). Product savvy: You know the California market, key players, and what separates great solventless products from average ones. Strong communicator: Warm and confident on the phone, in writing, and in person—including when asking for payment. Tech literate: Comfortable using CRMs and spreadsheets daily. Requirements: Must be 21 or older with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits. WE WILL TEACH YOU Our specific product line, extraction lab processes, and vertical supply chain. Our current account base, pricing structures, and partner workflows. Our internal CRM setup, order processes, and credit terms. HOW TO APPLY Please submit your resume along with a short note detailing your experience in the California cannabis …
