Overview Lead a retail sales team that turns customer needs into confident purchases and strong store performance. As Sales Manager, you’ll guide daily operations, coach employees, and keep sales, service, and inventory priorities moving. Your impact: Effective coaching and attentive customer service help shoppers find suitable products while enabling the team to meet store goals. Duties Manage, supervise, and schedule the sales team; support recruiting, interviewing, employee orientation, and training and development. Set sales priorities, coach performance, and communicate expectations with clarity and professionalism. Deliver customer service, support retail sales, and guide negotiation, cashiering, cash handling, and point-of-sale (POS) transactions. Oversee inventory management and control, stocking, merchandising, purchasing, pricing, and product knowledge. Support store and shift management, operations, budgeting, payroll, bookkeeping, and marketing activities. Requirements Retail management, sales management, store management, or assistant manager experience; retail industry sales team management and supervising experience are preferred. Skills in leadership, team management, managerial communication, time management, organization, and customer service. Familiarity with POS systems, inventory control, retail math, basic math, cash handling, and operational management. Retail sales experience is essential; wireless sales, grocery store experience, multilingual or bilingual abilities, and phone etiquette are valued. Knowledge of sales, purchasing, pricing, merchandising, stocking, budgeting, payroll, and bookkeeping is helpful. The role CEL Website Design LLC is hiring Sales Managers on a 1099 independent contractor basis. Commissions are paid out of the client's deposit retainer, so you get paid as soon as the client puts a deposit down. This is an Arkansas-based remote role on a performance-driven basis.
