POSITION SUMMARY: Reporting to the Director of Finance and Maple Syrup Procurement, the incumbent will be responsible for processing sales quotation requests and preparing analytical sales and margin reports for all maple divisions. The Sales Pricing Estimator will support the sales team by implementing accurate and appropriate pricing for Lantic Maple. The incumbent will interact with various departments, including logistics, sales, marketing, procurement, and finance, to provide our customers with competitive pricing. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Sales Quotations: Process and complete pricing requests daily and submit them to the Sales Director and Senior Sales Director for approval. Enter and maintain customer-specific pricing in the system. Maintain the accuracy of all price lists (domestic, export, sugar and flakes, distributor, etc.). Provide interplant transfer pricing. Ensure freight charges are included in quotations and the ERP system. Sales and Analysis: Prepare reports to analyze margins (revenue, COGS), freight costs/revenue, and any other relevant analyses required to explain sales results. Explain margin variances, investigate them, and provide recommendations. Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly analyses in Excel and PowerPoint. Compile market pricing information by geographic region to help guide pricing decisions. Conduct business analyses to support the sales team by identifying customer pricing trends. Perform all other duties assigned by the Director of Finance and Maple Syrup Procurement. REQUIREMENTS: Technical diploma or college diploma (DEC) 2 to 7 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the food manufacturing and distribution industry Knowledge of administrative procedures. Must be able to prioritize, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and follow up on issues within a reasonable timeframe. Must be able to identify problems and implement corrective actions Strong knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, SUMIF, etc.) Bilingual (English and French) COMPETENCIES: Excellent communication skills Team player Analytical mindset with excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to work in Granby and remotely.
