Restaurant Supply & Delivery Driver – Full Time Chellas Hospitality Group | Lancaster, PA Job Type: Full-Time Location: Lancaster, PA (Local Deliveries) Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required. Ability to communicate effectively with restaurant staff, managers, and vendors in English or Spanish. Job Description Chellas Hospitality Group, home of Chellas Arepa Kitchen, is looking for a reliable, hardworking, and organized Restaurant Supply & Delivery Driver to join our growing team. We operate multiple restaurant locations, a commercial prep kitchen, a food truck, and a catering operation throughout Lancaster County. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, manages their time efficiently, and can help keep our restaurant operations running smoothly. This is more than just a driving position. You will play an important role in making sure our restaurants receive the food, ingredients, equipment, and supplies they need every day. Key Responsibilities Deliveries & Transportation Deliver food, ingredients, and restaurant supplies between our locations. Pick up products and supplies from local vendors. Load and unload delivery vehicles safely and efficiently. Assist with catering deliveries and food truck supply needs. Follow daily delivery routes and schedules. Inventory & Organization Verify orders before loading and delivering. Check quantities against packing lists. Help organize inventory and storage areas. Report missing products, shortages, or damaged items. Maintain accurate delivery records. Vehicle & Facility Support Keep company vehicles clean and organized. Perform basic daily vehicle safety inspections. Report maintenance issues promptly. Assist with general restaurant supply organization and occasional light maintenance tasks. Qualifications Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record. Reliable, punctual, and responsible. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Comfortable driving company vans. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work independently and follow instructions. Positive attitude and willingness to help the team. Previous delivery, restaurant, warehouse, or inventory experience preferred but not required.
