Responsibilities Inspect, repair, and maintain refrigerated semi trailers to ensure optimal functionality. Diagnose mechanical issues and troubleshoot refrigeration systems. Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, brake inspections, and tire rotations. Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to identify and resolve issues efficiently. Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance performed. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance service quality. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in refrigeration technology. Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in refrigeration or related field preferred. Proven experience in repairing and maintaining refrigerated trailers or similar equipment. Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with refrigeration systems and diagnostic tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. This is a field role: the work happens at customer and job sites rather than at a single worksite, and you will be based within driving distance of the job location. Expect day trips to job sites, with most nights at home.
