Purchasing & Accounts Payable (AP) Specialist

Location: 4778 Maysville RD, Commerce, GA 30529 Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Job Type: Full-time Pay: Competitive and negotiable based on experience Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Purchasing & Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist to join our team in Commerce, GA. In this role, you will handle daily purchasing operations, vendor communications, and manage accounts receivable to ensure smooth financial and supply chain workflows. Key Responsibilities: Purchasing: Source, order, and purchase materials, supplies, and equipment based on company requirements. Coordinate with vendors, compare pricing, manage purchase orders (POs), and track shipments to ensure timely delivery. Accounts Receivable (AR): Generate and send invoices to customers. Monitor customer accounts for delayed payments, follow up on overdue balances, and process incoming payments. Reconcile AR accounts and assist with general bookkeeping tasks. Maintain accurate electronic records, logs, and documentation for both purchasing and accounting departments. Other related duties as assigned by the company Requirements & Qualifications: Proficiency in English is required. (Korean prefered) Previous experience in purchasing, accounts receivable, or a related administrative/accounting role is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and basic accounting software. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
