Production Worker/Machine Operator

Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Worker/Machine Operator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating various manufacturing machinery, ensuring product quality, and maintaining a safe and efficient production environment. Responsibilities Operate manufacturing equipment including CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, press brake machines, and other production machinery with precision and care Set up and adjust machines according to specifications using blueprints, CAD drawings, or technical instructions Perform routine inspections of machinery such as Fanuc controls and programmable logic controllers to ensure optimal performance Conduct quality control checks using calipers, hand tools, and basic math skills to verify product specifications meet standards Assist with packaging finished products efficiently while adhering to safety and quality protocols Maintain a clean and organized work area, following safety guidelines at all times Support warehouse activities including forklift operation for material handling and inventory management Qualifications Prior experience with manufacturing machinery such as CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, or press brake machines is preferred Knowledge of Fanuc controls, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), and CNC programming is highly desirable Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately Mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience using hand tools and calipers for measurements Familiarity with welding techniques and assembly processes is a plus Warehouse experience including forklift certification is advantageous Strong attention to detail coupled with basic math skills for quality checks Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to follow detailed instructions in a fast-paced environment Join our team to be part of a company that values innovation, safety, and continuous improvement.
