Global Supply Chain & Sourcing Operations Manager Location: US (East coast preffered), Europe Industry: AI Infrastructure | GPU Cloud | DC Overview We’re partnering with a growing AI infrastructure company building and deploying large-scale GPU clusters and high-performance DC infrastructure. As the business expands its infrastructure footprint, we’re looking for an experienced Global Supply Chain & Sourcing Operations Manager to take ownership of hardware procurement, strategic supplier relationships and global logistics. This is a hands-on opportunity with responsibility for securing the hardware, components and infrastructure needed to deliver complex GPU deployments. You’ll work closely with Engineering, Deployment, DC Operations and Finance to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. The Opportunity Take ownership of global supply chain operations supporting large-scale AI infrastructure deployments. Build and manage strategic relationships with leading GPU, server, networking and storage OEMs/ODMs. Negotiate major hardware supply agreements, secure GPU allocation and manage procurement for complex infrastructure projects. Work directly with engineering and deployment teams on GPU cluster configurations, hardware requirements and infrastructure planning. Develop sourcing strategies, supplier frameworks and procurement processes as the business scales. Play a central role in delivering high-density GPU clusters and next-generation AI infrastructure. The Role You’ll own the end-to-end supply chain, from strategic sourcing and supplier negotiations through to procurement, international logistics and equipment delivery. A major focus will be developing strong OEM/ODM relationships, securing allocation of constrained components and ensuring hardware arrives in line with deployment schedules. Key Responsibilities OEM/ODM Relationships: Build and manage strategic supplier relationships across GPU systems, servers, networking, storage and infrastructure equipment. Strategic Sourcing: Lead RFQs, supplier evaluations, pricing negotiations and long-term supply agreements. GPU Procurement: Secure GPU allocation and manage procurement of high-performance compute hardware, including servers, networking fabrics and storage. Supply Chain Planning: Translate infrastructure deployment schedules into procurement forecasts, component reservations and delivery plans. Hardware Configuration: Partner with Engineering to review and standardise server, rack and cluster BOMs, improving cost transparency. Global Logistics: Oversee international freight, customs, import/export requirements and delivery coordination across multiple regions. DC Infrastructure: Support procurement of power, cooling, racks and other critical equipment required for DC deployments. Supplier Performance: Establish supplier scorecards, monitor lead times, manage supply risks and improve procurement efficiency. Skills & Experience Essential 6+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement or supply chain within DC, cloud, OEM/ODM or hardware infrastructure environments. Strong relationships and experience negotiating directly with major server, GPU, networking or storage manufacturers. Understanding of GPU server architecture, cluster configurations and component-level BOMs. Proven experience negotiating supply agreements, securing hardware allocation and managing constrained supply chains. Experience managing international logistics, freight, customs and Incoterms. Hands-on experience with procurement or ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Coupa or NetSuite. Strong commercial and analytical skills, including supplier pricing, cost modelling and TCO analysis. Nice to Have Experience procuring high-density GPU infrastructure or liquid-cooled server systems. Familiarity with NVIDIA HGX/NVL platforms, InfiniBand or high-performance Ethernet networking.
