As our Plant Operations Superintendent, you’ll be a hands-on catalyst for that alignment—setting the standard for throughput, quality, and team development. Why This Role Matters Our customers count on speed and consistency. Your leadership ensures schedules are met, materials flow, quality never wavers, and every person goes home safe. What Success Looks Like First 30 days: Learn our products, equipment (laminators, coaters, slitters, sheeters), KPIs, and SOPs. Build rapport with every shift. 60 days: Stabilize schedules, reduce unplanned downtime, and reinforce GMP and safety behaviors. 90 days: Implement data-driven improvements, elevate QA collaboration, and strengthen team capability through coaching. Your Core Responsibilities Own daily production operations; deliver on-time, efficient output. Develop, publish, and adapt production schedules and resource plans. Supervise QA integration on the floor; uphold stringent quality standards. Mentor and grow production talent; model clear, constructive communication. Use data to uncover waste and implement best practices across lines. Enforce safety rules and company policies consistently. Coordinate seamlessly with logistics and procurement to ensure material readiness and inventory control. What You Bring Bachelor’s degree preferred in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline; equivalent experience considered. Demonstrated success as a Production Manager or similar manufacturing leader. Thorough understanding of production workflows and quality control principles. Proven team leadership and supervisory strength; excellent written and verbal communication, including Spanish language proficiency. Fluency with data analysis and production management tools. Detail-driven, solutions-oriented, and comfortable in a high-velocity environment.
