Pizza Nova Delivery Driver

Job Summary Deliver pizza and other orders to customers safely, accurately, and on time. Provide friendly, professional customer service at pickup and delivery, and communicate clearly with customers and team members. Handle orders and supplies as needed, including moving items and occasional heavy lifting . Follow food-safety, traffic, and company procedures while representing the business professionally. Responsibilities Confirm orders are complete and properly packaged before leaving for delivery. Plan efficient routes and deliver orders promptly while following road-safety laws. Verify delivery details, provide courteous service, and resolve routine customer questions or concerns. Communicate delivery updates and order issues to the restaurant team. Keep the delivery vehicle clean and report maintenance or safety concerns. Assist with restaurant tasks between deliveries, such as organizing supplies, stocking, and maintaining a clean work area. Follow safe handling practices when lifting or moving food, equipment, and supplies. Experience Strong communication skills , reliability, and a customer-focused approach are important. Previous delivery, restaurant, or customer service experience is helpful. Commercial driving experience is a plus; a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record are expected. Warehouse experience and familiarity with a forklift are nice to have, but are not required for typical delivery duties. Ability to navigate routes, remain organized during busy periods, and safely handle the physical demands of the role, including standing and occasional heavy lifting. Pay: $17.60-$22.60 per hour Work Location: In person
