Job Description Pick and pack items accurately based on order specifications. Prepare shipments by labeling, wrapping, and organizing packages. Conduct quality checks to ensure items meet required standards. Maintain inventory accuracy by updating records and reporting discrepancies. Operate equipment safely and efficiently as needed. Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals. Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment. Assist with other warehouse tasks as required. The Successful Applicant A Successful Picker Packer Should Have Attention to detail and a strong focus on accuracy. Ability to work in a busy environment. Basic understanding of inventory management and warehouse processes. Good physical stamina for lifting and moving packages. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
