Part-Time E-Commerce & Warehouse Assistant Location: North Hollywood, CA 91605 (In-Person) Pay: $20.00 / hour Hours: Part-Time (20 - 30 hours per week) Job Overview We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented E-Commerce & Warehouse Assistant to join our team in North Hollywood. This is an entry-level role with no prior warehouse experience required. In this position, you will handle day-to-day warehouse duties—including shipping, receiving, and FBA prep—alongside basic digital task management like listing items online and leveraging AI tools to stay efficient. Key Responsibilities Shipping & Receiving: Package outgoing orders, receive incoming inventory, and manage daily shipments. Amazon FBA Prep: Accurately label, inspect, prepare, and box products to meet Amazon FBA guidelines. Returns Management: Inspect returned merchandise and update inventory status accordingly. Online Listings: Create and manage product listings on eBay. Inventory Counts: Perform regular physical counts to ensure accurate inventory tracking. Qualifications & Requirements Experience: Entry-level position — no prior warehouse experience required. We will train the right candidate! Physical Requirements: Ability to comfortably lift and move packages weighing up to 40 lbs. Basic Computer Skills: Proficiency with basic Microsoft Office apps (Word, Excel) and general computer navigation. AI Tool Familiarity: Comfortable using or willing to work with AI tools like ChatGPT and Gemini for basic task assistance. Attention to Detail: Strong basic math and counting skills for inventory accuracy. Commute: Reliable transportation and ability to commute consistently to North Hollywood, CA (91605).
