Packing and Shipping

Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Packing and Shipping Associate to join our logistics team. This role is essential in ensuring that products are accurately packed, properly scanned, and shipped in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing label for shipment, (FEDEX, UPS, USPS and DHL). Processing finger printer Able to provide Notary service (will train and assist with license) Responsibilities Assist with packing packages Utilize barcode scanning technology to log and track items accurately within the logistics system Manage shipping processes by preparing packages for dispatch, labeling, and coordinating with courier services Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against purchase orders or invoices, and organize storage accordingly Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packing and shipping area to promote efficiency and safety Follow safety protocols and company policies during all packing, shipping, and receiving activities Assist with inventory management by updating records after shipments or receipts are completed Qualifications Previous experience in packing, shipping preferred, but will train Basic proficiency with barcode scanning devices or similar logistics technology Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in packing and inventory tracking Ability to lift moderate weights and stand for extended periods during shifts Good organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Reliable work ethic with a focus on safety and quality standards Ability to work well within a team environment and communicate effectively ABLE PASS A BACKGOUND. This position is paid and suitable for individuals committed to maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced logistics setting.
