Packer/Shipper

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Packer/Shipper to join our dynamic warehouse team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for efficiently packing, labeling, and preparing goods for shipment while ensuring accuracy and quality control. Your proactive approach will help streamline our shipping processes, support inventory management, and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction. Duties Pack and prepare products for shipment using proper packaging materials to prevent damage during transit Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently Verify order accuracy to ensure correct fulfillment Load and unload shipments, coordinating with warehouse distribution systems and logistics teams Maintain accurate shipping & receiving records using warehouse management systems Conduct quality checks on packed items, ensuring compliance with trade regulations and customer specifications Assist with inventory stocking, order picking, order fulfillment, and stock replenishment activities Requirements Previous experience in warehouse operations or distribution centers is preferred Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and calculating weights or quantities accurately Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely (certification preferred) Strong attention to detail to ensure order accuracy and compliance with shipping logistics standards Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of international trade regulations and trade compliance is a plus Customer service mindset to support team collaboration and ensure smooth order fulfillment processes Join our team as a Packer/Shipper and become an essential part of our logistics operation!
