Order Fulfillment Associate

Order Fulfillment Associate - Temporary Full-time (until December 31) The Hockey Shop is looking for a detail-oriented Order Fulfillment Associate to help our team get through the busy holiday season. You’ll pick, pack and prepare online orders so every customer gets exactly what they ordered. If you like staying organized, tracking down items and getting things right the first time, this role could be a great fit. A great staff discount program for all the latest gear. Hands-on training and day-to-day support from our team. Responsibilities: Locate and accurately pick items for online customer orders. Pack orders carefully and make sure every item is accounted for. Use our POS and shipping software to locate, track and mark orders as fulfilled. Organize and manage stock to keep the picking process efficient. Communicate with the team to resolve order issues such as missing items, delays or discrepancies. Work with the team to make sure orders go out on time. Keep the work area clean and organized. Requirements: Available to work full-time, 5 days per week, until December 31. Weekend availability is required (see Schedule below). Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. Able to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Able to lift up to 20 lbs and to stand, walk and do repetitive tasks for long periods. Strong organizational skills. Able to communicate clearly with the team in English. Legally authorized to work in Canada. Hockey knowledge Assets: Previous order fulfillment, warehouse or retail experience. Experience with POS or shipping software.
